What can I expect at my first session?

We generally ask that you fill out your intake paperwork through Theranest a couple of days prior to your initial session. Upon arrival, we will sit down together, talk about your general history and get to know each other for the next 50-60 minutes. Towards the end, if it seems like a good fit, we will set some initial goals including how often and how long you might like to return to therapy. This is your session so what we talk about, and if you return, are totally up to you!
