intensive Therapy

Weekly therapy is powerful. But sometimes the pace isn’t enough. You make progress, then life interrupts, and the next session you’re rebuilding again. A Brainspotting intensive is different. In one or two focused days, we go deeper than months of weekly sessions can reach. This isn’t therapy on a faster treadmill. It’s a different kind of work entirely, built for people who are ready to go all in.

Is an intensive right for you?

Intensives work best for people who are motivated and ready to focus. You might be a good fit if you are experiencing any of the following:

  1. Stuck Despite Insight: You understand your patterns intellectually but still feel them running your life. You’ve done the reading, maybe even the therapy, and something isn’t shifting.
  2. Trauma That Won’t Budge: You’ve tried talk therapy and made some progress, but certain memories, triggers, or physical responses haven’t moved.
  3. A Specific Goal or Event: You’re facing a major life transition, a difficult decision, or a window of time where you can invest deeply in focused work.
  4. Limited Availability for Weekly Sessions: Your schedule, location, or life circumstances make consistent weekly appointments difficult, but you’re ready to commit to a concentrated block of time.

What To Expect

Each intensive is customized around your specific goals and built around Brainspotting, a somatic therapy that uses your field of vision to locate and process core sources of emotional pain, trauma, and stuck patterns.

Your intensive includes a one hour planning session beforehand to clarify goals, the intensive itself spanning three to five hours per day over one or two consecutive days with breaks built in throughout, and at least one follow up session afterward for integration and ongoing support.

Investment

Each intensive includes a 1-hour planning session, the customized intensive itself (3–5 hours per day, one or two consecutive days), and at least one 1-hour follow-up session for integration and ongoing support.

The investment for a one-day intensive begins at $1,200, which covers:

  • Planning session ($150)
  • 3-hour intensive ($200/hour)
  • Post-intensive session ($150)
  • $300 administrative and materials fee

Two-day or extended intensives are available and priced accordingly based on total hours.

Insurance does not cover intensive work, and payment is due at booking.
