I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling Psychology and my work is grounded in a behavioral therapeutic approach. My goal is to help you shift your day and ultimately your life in a more positive direction. I strive to provide a caring, empathetic, and supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
I am currently pursuing a PsyD in Behavioral Health Leadership to deepen my clinical expertise and expand my understanding of the connection between behavioral health and medicine. My goal is to strengthen my ability to support individuals through evidence-based care while also contributing to leadership, advocacy, and improved integration of mental and physical healthcare
